Our Services
Our services address physical needs, addictions, mental health and behavioural problems, reintegration following release from prison, life skills, and housing.
We work with a holistic approach, walking alongside each individual supporting them to overcome barriers in reaching their goals, including securing long-term sustainable housing.
Hosuing Support
Following entry to our accommodation, our Housing Navigation team will complete an assessment which will help ascertain what the barriers are to finding and maintaining a stable home. They will then work with the guests to help attend to those barriers and facilitate the process of securing sustainable housing.
Support Work
We have 24/7 support available for our guests. Our support workers are a first point of contact within our service and are there to provide a listening ear and/or company.
Social Work
Our social workers provide practical and therapeutic support, helping our guests understand their challenges in a gentle and supportive way. If needed, they guide guests in accessing additional services. Through a comprehensive assessment, social workers help guests create a personal narrative, identify their hopes and goals, and map a path to achieve them.
Mental Health and Well-being
Our Mental Health recovery and support facilitator serves as a vital link for our guests to access mental health services. They play a pivotal role in obtaining the necessary support for our guests when needed, ensuring they have access to the resources essential for their recovery journey.
Kaiarahi, Whaanau and Te Ao Maaori Linkages
